Stream Licensing is working very hard on this issue and you can count on them to have your back. Below is the letter we received from Stream Licensing.Â
** Stream Licensing Message **
The signed original letters and recording of the conference call are now available for download when you are logged into your StreamLicensing account. Log into the Client Area (http://www.streamlicensing.com/xstream/) and navigate to Portal Home. On the right side is a link to downloads. Enter ASCAP Updates and all the original signed correspondence is there along with the conference call.
For all of you asking for something in writing about indemnity, the signed letter from 07/31/2017 should be just what you need.
